    • Mentorship Opportunity for a New Graduate!
      • We’re excited to offer a new graduate the opportunity to join our eight doctor, 10,000 square foot, well-equipped, mixed animal practice located in Reading, Pennsylvania! Our current opening is for a small animal exclusive veterinarian. Our practice will offer a new graduate:
        • Mentorship provided by four experienced small animal doctors
        • The support of 25 staff personnel - including veterinary technicians and laboratory technicians
        • Up-to-date Diagnostic Equipment including:
          • Radiography
          • Ultrasound
          • Therapeutic ultrasound
          • Endoscope
          • In-house lab
          • Laser - For therapy and wound repair
          • Tonopen
      • We have been serving the area for nearly 30 years and offer a full-range of companion animal, dairy and equine services. Most recently, we’ve added canine physical rehabilitation (involving electrical stimulation, laser, ultrasound, underwater treadmill, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise) designed to address the following:
        • Degenerative joint disease
        • Pain management
        • Nerve or muscle disorders
        • Recovery from orthopedic or neurologic surgery
        • Weight loss and conditioning
      • On the small animal side, we also offer:
        • Annual wellness exams
        • Geriatric care
        • Surgery
          • Routine surgery like spay, neuter and declawing of cats and dental prophylasix
          • Orthopedic surgeries including extra capsular cruciate repair, patella luxation repair and repair of certain fractures
          • Soft tissue surgeries like lump removals, entropion, extropion and cherry eye repair, splenectomy, cystomy and much more
        • Laboratory
          • CBC, Blood chemistries, Heartworm tests, Lyme/Heartworm/Ehrlichia combination tests, Urinalysis, Fecal exams, Ear cytology and cultures in house. We also send out medication blood levels (phenobarb, thyroid hormone), progesterone levels and vaccine titers.
      • We pride ourselves on retaining a progressive outlook on medicine and would love an associate interested in growing our current services, or developing of his/her own!
      • We are also looking for an associate who:
        • Enjoys surgery (thoughnot a must)
        • Is down-to-earth (No egos allowed!!)
        • Is eager to learn and grwo

      • In addition to a great facility and team, our area boasts a wide-range of outdoor and city opportunities. Reading itself supports roughly 80,000 citizens and offers great public and private schools as well as several college/universities. Excellent medical care is nearby (Reading Hospital and Hershey Medical Center). Big-city lovers can be in Philadelphia in about an hour, New York City in less than two and a half hours, Baltimore in two hours and Washington DC within three.
