Description

ImmunoSpot Analyzer ELISPOT assays visualize the secretory product of individual cells. These assays are exceptionally sensitive as the product is captured directly around the secreting cell, before it is diluted in the supernatant, captured by receptors of adjacent cells, or degraded. The Immunospot ELISPOT reader (Cellular Technology Ltd.) permits fully automated, high-throughput ELISPOT plate scanning and analysis. The ImmunoSpot Software permits ELISPOT counting at single cell resolution. Subjectivity is eliminated by automated counting however flexibility is retained by the ability to objective counting criteria. The instrument is available for sample acquisition on a sign-up basis.
