Research in Veterinary Clinical Sciences is vital to ensure we are able to keep abreast of current trends in veterinary medicine. Toward this, the researchers in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences have a three-fold mission:

• To promote and facilitate research by engaging all faculty in clinical, preclinical, translational, or basic scholarly activity;
• To discover innovative knowledge pertinent to veterinary clinical disciplines and impart this knowledge to the veterinary community and the biomedical sciences; and
