**The general business meeting and food distribution runs from 5pm – 5:30pm and the key note speaker will begin promptly at 5:30 at which point auditorium doors will be closed. SCAVMA points sign off sheets will be available at 6:30pm or upon the conclusion of the key note speaker's address, whichever comes first.
