IDIG focus areas chart

Three key focus areas of infectious disease are present in the college: Population Health, Host Response and Structure/Function. Overlapping areas of expertise within these groups will provide the initial synergy for programmatic development.

The Infectious Disease Signature Progra, has faculty participants from the Columbus Campus and from the Wooster Campus, as well as a few extramural members. The Columbus Campus participants are evenly distributed among the three veterinary departments (Biosciences, Clinical Sciences and Preventive Medicine). Graduate students, staff and veterinary students also participate.
