History:
Vomiting daily for the past 4 days. Vomitus consists of bile-stained fluid, sometimes partially digested food. Vomiting is preceded by abdominal contractions and retching. Pedy has otherwise been bright, alert, and active. He runs free on 8 acres. He is current on vaccinations and is currently on heartworm preventative.
At this point, you would like to perform a physical exam and
run some diagnostic tests.
