Liver biopsy revealed lymphocytes, plasma cells and neutrophils in portal areas,
especially within and around bile ducts. Mild hepatocellular vacuolar change.
Assessment: Chronic lymphoplasmacytic, neutrophilic cholangiohepatitis.
