Temperature - 104.2oF Pulse - 120/min Respiratory Rate - 100/min. Weight - 38 lbs.
Dyspnea with harsh expiratory crackles in all lung fields. Cranial abdominal organomegaly (suspect hepatomegaly). Mild generalized lymphadenopathy.

Diagnostic Evaluation:

CBC = WNL

UA = Sp. Gr. 1.057, pH 5.5, otherwise unremarkable

Thoracic Radiographs = See slides

Abdominal Radiographs = See slides

Tracheal Washing Cytology =Unremarkable; no growth on culture

Liver biopsy = Impression smears submitted for cytology (see slide) while histopathology results were pending. (see histopath slides)
