Primary Client Complaint - Blood in Urine

History
  • For the past week, the owners have noticed that "Katie" has taken a longer time to finish urinating outside; normally she squats in one or two places and then quickly finishes emptying her urine. Now she is squatting in 5 to 10 places and spends a lot more time in trying to empty her urine. Only drops of urine appear during the later squatting times. Yesterday, for the first time, the owners were startled to see bright red blood come out of the vulva while the dog was squatting in place to urinate. Everything else about her appears to be OK to the owners.
